The Website uses cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing) are set only after you give consent through the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link on the Website.

The tools we use include:

  • Google Analytics 4 — website usage statistics (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.)

  • Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and the Turnstile anti-spam verification on our forms (Cloudflare, Inc.)

For a complete, current list of cookies, their providers, purposes, and storage durations, see our Cookie Policy.

5. Who We Share Data With

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions (“processors”), and only to the extent necessary:

  • Hosting: Timeweb (website hosting and server infrastructure; certain staff mailboxes).
  • Email: Google Workspace (our primary mailbox, [email protected]).
  • Security and delivery: Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, form anti-spam).
  • Analytics and advertising measurement: Google (Analytics), Meta (Pixel) — subject to your cookie consent.
  • Messaging: if you contact us via WhatsApp (+374 44 689 666), your communication is processed by WhatsApp / Meta under their own terms and privacy policy.

We may also disclose data where required by law, by a competent state authority, or to protect our legal rights.

6. International Data Transfers

FinCore is based in the Republic of Armenia. Some of our service providers store or process data outside Armenia:

  • Website hosting infrastructure is provided by Timeweb, whose servers may be located outside Armenia and outside the European Economic Area.
  • Google and Meta may process data in the United States and other countries.

Where data of EEA residents is transferred outside the EEA, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, including the providers’ standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adequacy mechanisms. By using the Website and giving cookie consent, you acknowledge these transfers as described.

7. How Long We Keep Data

  • Website inquiries and related correspondence: up to 3 years from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted or anonymized, unless a business relationship has been established.
  • Client engagement records: retained for the duration of the engagement and thereafter for the periods required by Armenian legislation on accounting, tax, and archiving.
  • Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the respective tools (Google Analytics data is retained in aggregated form).
  • Career applications: up to 1 year after the recruitment decision, unless you consent to longer retention.

8. How We Protect Data

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS encryption across the Website, access controls on mailboxes and systems, anti-spam verification on forms, and security services provided by Cloudflare. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

9. Your Rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data” — and, where applicable, the GDPR — you have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your data, where there is no legal ground for continued processing;
  • object to or request restriction of processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal);
  • receive your data in a portable format, where technically feasible;
  • lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia or, for EEA residents, with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We respond to requests within the timeframes established by applicable law.
